Board of Assessors Meeting
January 14, 2015
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
Old Business:
The minutes for the meetings of November 20, 2014 and January 8, 2015 were approved
unanimously.
New Business:
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2015 Real Estate
Abatement Applications. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter
Executive Session at 5:45. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:00.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Ms. Eyestone seconded, and it passed
2-0.

Board of Assessors Meeting
January 14,2015
Executive Session
Howard Hayes called the Executive Session of the Board of Assessors to order at 5:45 p.m.
in the Assessors Office.
Present: Assessors Hayes and Eyestone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately
The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications.
After discussion,the Board voted unanimously to approve the Real Estate Abatement
Application, in the amount indicated, as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 1.
After discussion,the Board voted unanimously to deny the Real Estate Abatement
Application as shown on the list attached hereto as Addendum 2.
The Board voted unanimously to grant the request of the Brewster Community Solar Garden
to extend the time for a decision to March 31, 2015.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was
unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:00.
