The Board voted unanimously to transfer the following amounts from the years noted to the Overlay Surplus Account: $5,267.57 FY 2005; $8,752.61 FY 2006; $9,023.19 FY 2007; $28,392.04 FY 2008; $22,756.91 FY 2009; $29,453.54 FY 2010; $170,946.27 FY 2012; and $179,907.87 FY 2013. New Business: Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2015 Real Estate Abatement Applications. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was taken to enter Executive Session at 4:58. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes. The Board exited Executive Session at 5:30. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Ms. Eyestone seconded, and it passed 2-0. Respectfully submitted, " V . David.H. Present: Assessors Hayes and Eyestone, and Deputy Assessor David Tately The Executive Session was called to review and discuss Real Estate Abatement Applications. After discussion, the Board voted unanimously not to change its previous denial of the abatement application for 38 Bay Pine Lane,believing the property is fairly assessed, and the taxpayer's comparable properties did not warrant a change in the assessment. Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn Executive Session. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was unanimous to adjourn. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes. The Executive Session was adjourned at 5:30.
