Board of Assessors
Meeting
November 17, 2015
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
New Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the April 27, 2015 and July 23, 2015
meetings.
The Board unanimously approved the Clause 41 A Deferral application for Joel Connolly,
263 Lower Road and Joan Clemente, 61 Chapel Lane.
The Board unanimously approved the Clause 17D application for Pauline Laberge, 73 Drake
Way.
The Board unanimously denied the Clause 41 C Elderly Exemption of Olga Skerry, 305
Jonathan's Way, because she because she exceeded the income limits.
The Board signed three Chapter 61A lien releases and one Chapter 61A lien because of the
change of ownership of the cranberry bog at 0 West Gate Road, Map 19, Parcel 43.
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2015 Real Estate
and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was
taken to enter Executive Session at 6:02. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:20.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
2-0.
