Board of Assessors Meeting
December 10,2415
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone, Diane Salomone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to older at 5:45 p.m.
New Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the November 17, 2015 meeting.
The Board unanimously approved the Clause 4 1 A Deferral application for Gordon
Brownville, 120 Winterhoff Trail, and William Lyman, 236 Old Long Pond Road.
The Board unanimously approved the Boat Excise application Tim Gallagher, 27 Moss Lane,
determining the value of the boat is less than $1,000 and therefore exempt from the tax.
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2015 Real Estate
and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was
taken to enter Executive Session at 6:05. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes, Salomone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 7:02.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:02 p.m. Ms. Salomone seconded, and it passed
3-0.
