Board of Assessors Meeting
December 15, 2015
Members Present: Belinda Eyestone and Howard Hayes
Also attending was David Tately, Deputy Assessor
Mr. Hayes called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.
New Business:
The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the December 10, 2015 meeting.
Mr. Hayes moved to convene Executive Session to discuss and vote on FY 2015 Real Estate
and Personal Property Abatement Applications. Ms. Eyestone seconded. Roll call vote was
taken to enter Executive Session at 5:38. Hayes-yes, Eyestone-yes.
The Board exited Executive Session at 6:47.
Mr. Hayes moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:47 p.m. Ms. Eyestone seconded, and it passed
2-0.
