HomeMy Public PortalAboutBeach Access -- 2015-08-23 Agenda Hi Paul. Thanks for your thoughts, proposed questions and tweaks to the intro.
I can see where you're going-trying to provide some more context for the survey intro. Sometimes
a brief reason/premiss/intro will elicit a higher response rate. The more descriptive or complicated
the intro, the greater chance that the survey will seem intimidating and suppress response. It may
be better to start this outreach more simply.. At least on a first "dip."
Additionally, a longer intro means fewer questions. With our limited space/pages, that's something
to consider.
I suspect much of what ur putting into the intro can be built into well constructed survey questions.
Just my thoughts.
Best, konrad

I have taken a quick stab at writing an intro to questions and then a few questions in the categories
we discussed on Thursday, for your review, discussion, edits ahead of our next meeting on Tuesday.
