Members in attendance: Sue Leven, Tonna Marie Rogers, Paul Snyder, Mary

Citizen: Ruth (last name unknown) - not in survey group
Discussion:
Tonna-Marie Rogers: Mailing in September to make Brewster residents aware of
survey. Can put the notice in the tax bill. Need to discuss the type of notice and
distribution. Would color paper be used.
Members review the draft survey. Discuss the pilot group distribution and
function of pilot group. The introduction paragraph is changed to include the
words "during the summer season." Members discuss adding: Public Coastal
Beaches; Tide issue; dog walking; kayak/paddling; picnic to uses at the beach.
Very important to ask how long do they travel to the beach; cost; convenience.
