Work Group Meeting
September 22, 2015
Members in attendance: Sue Leven, Tonna Marie Rogers, Paul Snyder (phone),
Mary O'Neil, Konrad Schultz, Jillian Douglas

Discussion:
Members discuss the issue of transparency in the group.
Piloting— make sure group gives feedback; preselected group not random, diverse
group. Want input and feedback questions. Pat Hughes gave an email list.
Adding five names from beach permit database; Chris Miller suggests 5 random
tax payers; give pilot group two week deadline. Names will be submitted and a
list will be compiled for the pilot group. Survey has feedback questions at the
bottom of survey. There will be a two week period to complete piloting.
Members discuss: delivery strategy; invitation and reminder. Online survey and
paper copies will be available and information will be on Town website. There
will be a postcard invitation; media release and mention at the Board of
Selectmen meeting. Postcard will have two colors and give information as to
survey and importance of completing the survey online; cost of postcard and
expense in mailing paper copies. Postcard will be sent to taxpayers and email list
from Nickerson State Park information sheet.
