Turbine tower and Civil Defense Siren tower (Public Hearing Closed).
7. Baker Golf and Ski Chalet — 2935 Park View Drive (PID 17-118-29-11-
0003) — Conditional Use Permit Amendment for construction of two 22' x
80' (1760 square feet each) accessory structures for the storage of electric
golf carts in the Public/Semi-Public zoning district.
8. Ordinance Amendment - Chapter 8 of the City's Zoning Ordinance —
Creating a Private Recreation zoning district.
