A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PAY -IN -LIEU OF PARKING FEE RATES.
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab finds it necessary to
establish and set forth the following Pay -In -Lieu Parking Fee Rates according to Moab
Municipal Code Chapter 17.09.230:
WHEREAS, the Moab City Planning Commission has recommended the
adoption of the rate structure as listed below:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City Council, that
the below -listed Pay -In -Lieu of Parking rates are established for the City of Moab.
The Pay -In -Lieu of Parking fee rate is $2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Dollars)
per space.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing
Body of Moab City Council this 01.1 I-. day of (€1,01..e,,.y, A. D., 1996.
