RESOLUTION LISTING CERTIFICATES OF TAX SALE SCHEDULED
FOR FORECLOSURE
WHEREAS, there exists a need within the Borough of Carteret to take action to
proceed in "in Rem" foreclosure against tax sale certificates on behalf of the
Borough, so as to foreclose the equity of redemption of owners of properties for
which tax sale certificates exists; and
WHEREAS, the Borough has undertaken the necessary steps to engage the
Borough Attorney, as special legal counsel, for the purpose of proceeding in these
foreclosure actions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough of Carteret hereby
adopts, and the "2001 Tax Foreclosure List", the attached list affixed hereto as
Schedule "A", as a prepared and certified by the matters for which "in Rem"
foreclosure proceedings will be instituted.
Adopted this 7th day of June, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 8th, 2001.
