HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 80-1942RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1942 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RE: REQUEST FOR MODI- FICATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. 80 -576, TO APPROVE REQUEST TO ALLOW ESTABLISHMENT TO REMAIN OPEN SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, AND PERMIT REAR DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE: SECTION 1. Pursuant to public hearing for a modification of Conditional Use Permit Case No. 80 -576, re: Planning Conuuission Resolution No. 80 -881PC and Resolution No, 80- 908PC, modification is hereby approved to allow establishment at 9669 E. Las Tunas Drive in Temple City, to remain open seven (7) days a week; and to permit the rear door to remain closed with a self - closing device, but may remain unlocked, from noon to 8 p.m., provided: (1) An alarm (panic) shall be installed on the inner rear door to the satisfaction of the City Manager; (2) Said door opening and hours shall be subject to continuing control by the City Council, which may at any time require closure of the door; (3) No live entertainment (bands, skits, groups, etc.) shall be permitted prior to 9 p.m. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. ADOPTED, SIGNED and APPROVED this 21st day of October, 1980.
