Dennis are proposing to divide the 4o-acre+/-property at 99 Chapin Beach Road in Dennis into three parcels.
• Public Hearing: South Sandwich Village Sports&Convention Complex Notice of Intent to File a
Development Agreement with the Cape Cod Commission #DA15oo2 ---Jonathon Idman
Presentations,public testimony and potential vote on Applicant RP.Clark Consulting's Notice of Intent to file
a Development Agreement for the proposed South Sandwich Village Sports&Convention Complex located at
71 Quaker Meetinghouse Road and 333 Cotuit Road in Sandwich,MA.
• Presentation of Candidates for the Slate of Officers of the Cape Cool Commission
The Nominating Committee will present its recommendation for a Slate of Officers to the Commission for
the positions of Chair,Vice--chair,and Secretary for the term beginning July 1,2015 through June 3a,
2016, The Commission will consider the proposed Slate,and potentially nominate other candidates for
each position,if any. The election on the Slate of Officers will be voted at the next scheduled Commission
meeting in June.
