ORDINANCE NO. 1561 05"
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF PRENGER RIDGE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, RP Development LLC, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having
submitted to the City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, Cole County, Missouri, and described as: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 10, and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 10, all in Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of said Section 10, also being the southwest corner of Tract C of a Parcel
Division Survey of record in Survey Record Book B, page 915, Cole County
Recorder's Office; thence N5°17'28"W, along the westerly line of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 10 and the westerly line of said
Tract C, 1376.99 feet to the northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of said Section 10, also being the northwest corner said Tract C;
thence N82°27'17"E, along the Quarter Section Line and the northerly line of said
Tract C, 353.10 feet to the southwest corner of Tract A of a Parcel Division Survey of
record in Survey Record Book B, page 916, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
along the boundary of said Tract A the following courses: N6°38'36"W, 148.42 feet;
thence N85°47'00"E, 334.74 feet; thence S5°18'00"E, 18.00 feet; thence
N85°21'00"E, 51.77 feet; thence S25°12'39"E, 113.73 feet to the southeasterly
corner of said Tract A, said corner also being the most northeasterly corner of the
aforesaid Tract C; thence along the boundary of said Tract C the following courses:
S25°12'39"E, 71.38 feet; thence S69°15'32"E, 83.89 feet; thence S7°24'13"W,
934.65 feet; thence S23°50'11"W, 427.11 feet to a point on the south line of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 10; thence S82°23'31"W,
along the Quarter Section Line, 461.30 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing
23.97 acres.
WHEREAS, it appears that said plat has been fully and properly signed and accepted by the
owner of said subdivision, known and referred to as the Final Subdivision Plat of
Prenger Ridge Subdivision, that all taxes have been paid, that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with
by the owner of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Final Subdivision Plat of Prenger Ridge Subdivision, lying, being and
situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to endorse
acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of
Jefferson.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
