RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ETHICS CONTRACTING FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE BICENTENNIAL PARK EMERGENCY ACCESS ROUTE
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for and opened bids for the Bicentennial Park Emergency Access
Route on July 18, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services reviewed and approved three bids; and,
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of MSA Professional Services, the City awards Ethics Contracting's bid
in the amount of $133,238 as the lowest responsible bidder; and,
WHEREAS, the funding source for this action is 301-210-6499, Capital Improvement - Contract
Services, which is reflected in the FY23 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the contract and all related
documents for Ethics Contracting to complete the Bicentennial Park Emergency Access
Route project in the amount of $133,328.
