2) Brewster Historical Society- discussion and vote on Condition # 2 of award letter for
the Cobb House acquisition: "...revenue and expenses budget for the Project.... to
open the building to the public."

a) Pleasant Bay Community Boating
b) HECH Homeowner Repair Program
4) Reports, if any, on Expected Applications for Open Space, Historic Preservation,
Community Housing, or Recreation
