RESOLUTION NO.11-96
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PAY -IN -LIEU OF PARKING FEE RATES.
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the City of Moab finds it necessary to
establish and set forth a Pay -In -Lieu Parking Fee Rate that is consistent with the cost of
property and materials; WHEREAS, the Moab City Planning Commission has
recommended the adoption of the rate structure as listed below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Moab City Council, that
the below -listed Pay -In -Lieu of Parking rates are established for the City of Moab.
The Pay -In -Lieu of Parking fee rate is $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars) per
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing
Body of Moab City Council this 9 t h day of Apr i 1 , A. D.,1996.
