AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE 1996-1997
VILLAGE BUDGET AS PROVIDED FOR ON EXHIBIT
"A"; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the 1996-1997 Village budget was adopted pursuant to the Village Charter and
based upon estimates of revenues and expenses in various categories; and
WHEREAS, as a result of operations for the fiscal year, certain changes are necessary in
various categories for fiscal year 1996-1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF KEY
BISCAYNE, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Budget Amendments Approved and Adopted. The Budget of the Village of Key
Biscayne for fiscal year 1996-1997 is hereby amended as outlined in Exhibit "A" to this ordinance.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption on second
reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on first reading this 10th day of June , 1997.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on second reading this 24th day of June , 1997.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the following ordinance will be consid-
ered on Second Reading by the Key Biscayne Village Council at a
meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 24, 1997, at 7:00 p.m., in the
Council Chamber, located at 85 West McIntyre Street, Second Floor,
Key Biscayne, Florida:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE,
FLORIDA; AMENDING THE 1996-1997 VILLAGE
BUDGET AS PROVIDED FOR ON EXHIBIT "A"; PRO-
VIDING FOR ANEFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. A copy of the
proposed ordinance may be obtained at Village Hall, Office of the Vil-
lage Clerk, 91 West McIntyre Street, Suite 201, Key Biscayne, Florida
33149. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be
heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, all
persons who are disabled and who need special accommodations to
participate in this proceeding because of that disability should contact
the Office of the Village Clerk, 91 West McIntyre Street, Suite 201,
Key Biscayne, Florida 33149, telephone number (305) 365-5506, not
later than two business days prior to such proceeding.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the Village
Council with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting,
that person shall insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is
made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal
may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
