RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1951
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY MODIFYING THE BOUNDARY DES-
CRIPTION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 4
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The boundary description of Underground Utility
District No. 4, as set forth in Resolution No. 79 -1852, is hereby
modified to read as follows:
The property located at 5730 -70 Rosemead Boulevard,
east side of Rosemead Boulevard, and the street right -of-
way on Elm Avenue, between Rosemead Boulevard and Sultana
Avenue; the area from Sultana Avenue to Encinita Avenue,
from Las Tunas Drive north to the alley and five properties
on the south side of Hermosa Avenue (9128- 9156); a property
located on the east side of Hart Avenue (5824) and two
properties located on Sultana Avenue (5822 and 5826); the
street right -of -way on Las Tunas Drive between Rosemead
Boulevard and Encinita Avenue and the area located at the
southeasterly corner of Rosemead Boulevard and Las Tunas
Drive, between Rosemead Boulevard and Sultana Avenue, north
of the alley and properties located at 5703, 5705, 5675, and
5679 Sultana Avenue and the property located at 5658 Rosemead
Boulevard, and Sultana Avenue between a point 25 feet southerly
of the southerly right -of -way line of Lyledale Street and Las
Tunas Drive.
SECTION 2. The completion dates as set forth in Resolution
No. 79 -1852, Section 2 is hereby amended to read as follows:
All poles, overhead wires and associates overhead struc-
tures shall be removed and underground installations made
in said Underground Utility District within the following
times:
(a) Underground installation by utility companies
and property owners and reconnections not later
than April 1, 1981..
(b) Removal of poles, overhead wires, and other
associated structures not later than May 1, 1981.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution,

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted

held on the 2nd day of December, 1980, by the following vote of the
Council:
