1. Approval of minutes of August 12, 2015 meeting.
2. Discussion and vote on key policy elements of an alternate historical
preservation restriction for the Brewster Baptist Church steeple and exterior
rehabilitation project.
3. Brewster Historical Society- Cobb House rehabilitation
a) Project status report.
b) Vote to approve $100,000 mortgage on the property.
4. Report on CPC Town Meeting article's outcome.
5. Treasurer's report.
6. Other business that the chair could not reasonably anticipate.
7. Schedule next meeting
