Monday evening, August 15, 1266 at 8:00 P.M.

and Robert loehl present .
Minutes of previous meet ine read. Moved by Gerald Dykhoff that
the minutes be approved as read. Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
Moved by Jim Adams to recommend to the Council to grant Narvey Seherm. a
buildinm permit for a. house on a forty acre tract in accordance with his
TA -at plan.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Mot ion carried.
C. W. Phillips, Mr. Harrison and Mr. Dineen appeared with regard to rezonine
of a tract of land from commercial to li ht industrial. Mr. Younger asked
exact local ion of prop_ erty. Mr. Harrison ;a, re an eeplanation of Drobosed.

Moved by Jim Adams to recommend to the Council to rezone the following
desm-ibed property from commercial to Light Industrial:

Mrs. McCrea asked why. Mr. Pugh wanted to know whet road to be used and
hour many trucks. Mrs. Lo ken wanted to know what precaution would be

upon which we have no control whatsoever. Walter Lathrop - what is

do we need. another dump. Mr. Caswell su gested we do not change ordina _ce

Fred `'ugh - :-prospective buyer of Lathrop property - o-oposed. Mr. Caswell -
why not use land for other purposes. Van Hult - wanted vote. W. Nedd er-
meyer - stated the farmers and. old time property owners ha-je to give ti:_
mang. privileges, etc. because of developments - as he ca^not even hunt to
some of his own woods because of the proximity of Medina-Merningside. Jim
Adams st9,ted he wanted more time to think over and study the situation.
Moved by Gerd,ld Dy lion! to table any decision until the Planning Commission
has more inf ormat ion on the matter.

Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the Planning Commission reconvene at Anne
Dorweiler' s home on August 2 nth at $ o'clock.
