addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio tape this meeting they are required to inform the chair." We

1. Approve minutes of September 9, 2015 meeting.
2. Discussion and vote on a resolution authorizing the Town and CPC to proceed
to record a $100,000 mortgage on the Cobb House property owned by the
Brewster Historical Society in accordance with the CPC award conditions and
Town Meeting vote.
3. Discussion of advertising requirements and outreach to individuals and groups
for the October hearing on the open space, historical preservation, community
housing, and recreational needs of the Town that might be assisted with
Community Preservation Act funding.
4. Open Space professional services request.
5. Treasurer's report, including a discussion of billing procedures.
6. Topics that the chair could not reasonably anticipate.
7. Schedule next meeting.
