RESOLUTION NO, 31 -1956
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CON-
TRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING
STREET MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that it desires to
renew the Street Maintenance and Construction Agreement currently
in effect between the County and the City for a five -year period
commencing on July 1, 1981, and requests the Board of Supervisors
to consent to the renewal of said Agreement subject to the terms
and provisions thereof and to authorize County departments to
continue to provide the services requested pursuant to the exis-
ting Street Maintenance and Construction Agreement.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of January, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
