RESOLUTION NO 81 -1951
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING RENEWAL
OF.A CONTRACT WITH:.THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES CONCERNING GENERAL SERVICES
THE,.CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The. City Council of the City. of Temple City
hereby notified the Board.,. of Supervisors that it desires to
renew the General Services Agreement currently in effect between
the County and the City for a five-year period commencing on
July 1, 1981, and requests the Board of Supervisors to consent
to the remtua1- of said Agreement subject to the terms and pro-
visions thereof and to authorize County departments to continue
to provide the services requested pursuant to the existing
General Services Agreement.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of February, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 17th day of February, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Atkins
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Tyrell
