New Art Exhibit Hall at Leesburg Town Hall to
Celebrate Grand Opening on Friday, November 7, 2014
Inaugural exhibit features Mixed Media Display by
Smart’s Mill Middle School Students
Leesburg, VA (November 4, 2014) – The Leesburg Commission on Public
Art is pleased to announce the establishment of a new art exhibit hall,
located on the second floor in the Leesburg Town Hall at 25 West
Market Street. The new Town of Leesburg Exhibit Hall will feature
rotating displays by Loudoun County Public School students.
The gallery’s inaugural exhibit will feature art work by 6th, 7th, and
8th grade students of Lesley McWilliams and Paul Eskew at Smart’s Mill
Middle School in Leesburg. The art exhibit will be on display through
January 2015. The exhibit displays drawings and mixed media designs
that explore the elements of value and pattern.
An opening reception is planned for First Friday, November 7, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
