RESOLUTION NO, 81 -1962
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CON-
TRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING
EXAMINATION OF TRACT MAPS AND PARCEL MAPS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 10. The City Council of the. City of Temple City
hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that it desires to
renew the Agreement for Examination of Tract Maps and Parcel
Maps currently in effect between the County and the City for a
five -year period commencing on July 1, 1981, and requests the
Board of Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said Agreement
subject to the terms and provisions thereof and to authorize
County departments to continue to provide the services requested
pursuant to the existing Agreement for Examination of Tract Maps
and Parcel Maps,

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 17th day of February, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Atkins
NOES2 Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Tyrell
