Code, Section 3, Paragraph 6, Subdivision be mended to read as follows:
Paragraph (6) Subdivision: nSubdivisionn in this chaptPr means the division
of a parcel of land into two (?_) or more lots or parcels for the purpose of
transf r cf ownership or building development; provided that a division of
land for agricultural purposes into lots or parcels of five acres or more
and not involving a new street or al.l'r shall not be deemed a subdivision.
The tyrm includes re -subdivision and, yhon appronriate to the context, shall
relate to the process of subdividing or the land subdivided. Division of
any existing lot, parcel or -11at shall be considered within the purview of
