The meeting was called to order at 8:15 a.m., a quorum was present at that time.
1. Introduction
No introductions.
2. Acceptance of the November 1, 2018 meeting minutes
Mr. Kross noted two changes. With those changes made, Mr. Kross made a motion to
approve the minutes. Mr. Towner seconded, all were in favor. Motion carries
3. New Business
a) Request to designate the 300 block of West Tanner Way as a one-way alleyway.
(Requestors: Jason Hughey)
Mrs. Griffin gave the staff report. Requestor was not present. There were a few
residents in attendance, who spoke against making it a one way street.
APPROVED February 7, 2019
After a short discussion Mr. Farr made a motion to designate the 300 block of West
Tanner Way as a one-way alleyway. Mr. Brooks seconded the motion. All members
opposed. Motion fails and request is denied.
b) Request to remove parking from one side of Lee Street. (Requestor: Lesley
Trippensee)
Mrs. Griffin gave the staff report. The requestor was not present. A few residents were
in attendance, and each spoke on their behalf.
After a lengthy discussion, Mr. Towner made a motion to remove parking on all of
the north side of Lee Street. No one seconded the motion, motion dies.
Mr. Kross made a motion to remove parking on the north side of Lee Street, from
Moreau Drive to Highcliff Street. Mr. Farr seconded the motion. All members were in
favor. Motion carries.
c) Request to remove parking on the west side of Hough Park Road, between Kolb
Drive and Carol Street. (Requestor: Staff)
Mrs. Griffin gave the staff report.
After a short discussion, Mr. Farr made a motion to remove parking on the west side
of Hough Park Rd, between Kolb Drive and Carol Street. Mr. Kross seconded the
motion. All members were in favor. Motion carries.
4. Old Business
a) Traffic Calming Study
Mrs. Griffin gave a brief presentation of different traffic calming mechanisms.

A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mr. Farr, and seconded by Mr. Towner.
All were in favor, meeting adjourned at 9:29 a.m.
