ORDINANCE No. g55
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AiQD THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following described parcels from R-1 to N1-1 ..
Lots 42 and 45, Block 1, Tract No. 5418..
Sedtion_2. That said reclassification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-1 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Sedt-ion 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause same to be
published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council. of said
city held on the 6th day of November, 18.68, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said council held on the
19th day of November 1968, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Siokos, Smith, Stevens.
Noes: Councilmen Nohe.
Absent: Councilmen None'.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said

correct copy of Ordinance No. 855 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
