IS A PART OF
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use map of the City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance 570, is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following described properties as M-1;
Lots 46, 45~ ~+~+, 43, 42, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 2g,
28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, lg, 18, 17, and a portion
of Lot 16, Black 4, Modjeska Park Tract, All of the above
described lots are located on the north-side of Imperial Highway
between State and Bellinger Streets,
Section 2, That said classification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-2 and
C-2 of the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of
Ordinance No, 570, and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section. 3, The, City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lyra~ood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and
circulated in the City of Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said city, held on the 7th day of January, lg6g, and finally
adopted and ordered published at the regular meeting of said
City Council held the 21st day of January, lg6g, by the following
vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Greeri, SiokoS, Stevens.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen 'Smith'."

on the date and by the vote therein stated.
