AN ORDINANCE AMEPdDING ORDINANCE NOo 57.o FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE N0, 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1 The
---_' official land use map of the City of
LynWOOd, as established by Ordinance
reelassif 570' is hereby amended by
ying the following described properties as CB_1~ Lots
4, 5, 57, 58, 65, 66, 67, 115,
116, 117, 118, 128, 129, 130, 168,
169, and 170, Surveyors Tract, located on the north side of
Century Boulevard, between Stockwell Drive and Bullis Road,
Sec-fin ?• That said
classification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part D_2 and E-2
of the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of Ordinance
NO. 570, and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3. The Cit Clerk is hereb
~- y y ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, publishedi; a.nd circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city, held on the 7th day of January, 1969, and finally
adopted and ordered published at the regular meeting of said City
Council held the 21st day of January, 1968, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Siokos, a.nd Stevens,
NoesY Councilmen - None,
-Absent: Councilman Smith.

on the date and by the vote therein stated.
