A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY EXPRESSING ITS
SUPPORT OF DONNA METZLER AS CITY MANAGER OF MOAB CITY.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab City have had some
disputes and disagreements as to the management of Moab City; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the conflict between the Mayor and
City Council of Moab City, public comments and advertisements have
been made which could appear to question the conduct and job
performance of Donna Metzler as City Manager; and
WHEREAS, the governing body of Moab City has confidence in
both the job performance and the conduct of Donna Metzler as City
Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB
CITY as follows:
1. The governing body of Moab City does hereby publicly
express its support of Donna Metzler as City Manager of Moab
City and does hereby express its confidence in Donna Metzler's
ability to manage Moab City. The governing body hereby gives
its continued support to her and with this resolution does
express to the public the governing body's confidence in her
ability to perform in the future as City Manager of Moab City.
