AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ANLFNDING
ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTAB-
LISHING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTIES, AND THE ADOPTION OF APd AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS MADE A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0, 570.
The City Council ,of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use map of the City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No, 570, is hereby amended
by reclassifying certain properties from the present R-3 Zone to
the P-1 Zone, as follows:
Lots 111, 112, 113, and 114, Licensed
Surveyors Map Tract, commonly known as
11666-70 Benwell Drive,
Section 2. Said classification of P-1 shall apply
in a manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part E2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570, and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. This zone change is in keeping with thc-
city Master Plan a.s a.dopted and conforms with the policy set
by the City Council in conjunction with. the ERA report. The
intention of the rezoning is to relieve parking congestion
within the city:.and to enhance the professional services of the
community.
Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and
circulated in the~City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Couneil
of said city held on the lst day of July, 1969, and :Finally
adopted and ordered published at the regular meeting of said
Council held on the 15th day of July, 1969,, by the following
vote:

Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 868 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
