ORDINANCE No. g69
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE. NO. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISH-
ING A ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE MONA BLVD.
AIVPdEXATION N0, 1, AND 'PHE ADOPTION OF AN
AMENDING SECTION OF THE ZONIPdG MAP WHICH IS
MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Sebtibn 1, The official land-use map of the City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended by
reclassifying certain properties from the present R-1 Zone to the
M-2 Zone, as follows:
That portion of the Omri J. Bullis Land Tract,
formerly a part of the City of Los Angeles, bounded by a part of
the City of Los Angeles on the west, and the City of Lynwood on the
north, east and south, commonly referred to as the Mona Boulevard
Annexation No. 1 to the City of lynwood.
Section 2. Said classification of M-2 shall apply in a
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-2 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570,
and which amended part is a part hereof.
Section 3• The City Clerk. is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and published in the City of Lynwood
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 5th day of August, 1969, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
lgth day of August, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES; Councilmeh Byork; Green; Liewer; Siokos; Stevens.
NOES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 869 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
