ORDINANCE N0. 870
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION
OF AN AMED?DED SECTION OF THE ZONING U1AP WHICH IS A PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE
The City Council o£ the City of Lynwood does ordain as
Follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of Lynwood,
as established by Ordinance No. 570,. is hereby amended to reclassify
all properties bounded by Imperial Highway, Long Beach Boulevard,
Fernwood Avenue, and State Street to the CB-1 zone.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-2 .and D-2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3• The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published, and circulated in the -City o£ Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 4th day of November, 1969, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 18th day of November, 1969, by the following vote.:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork Green Si'okos',' Liewer, Stevens.
Noes: Councilman

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 870 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
