ORDINANCE N0. 871
AN ORDIIANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIPd PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION
OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Sectidh 1. The official land use plan of the City. of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended to
reclassify Lots 982 through 988, Traet 3172 from C--2a, P-land R-2
to Zone CB-1 (south side Orchard Avenue between Long Beach Blvd.
and Bullis Road).
Sec't'ion 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part D-4 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said ordinance No. 570 .
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3• The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City. Council of said
city. head on the 4th day of November, 1969, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said counci held on the
18th day of November, 1969;. by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork', Green,'Liewer Siokos, S evens.
