AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISH-
ING A ZONING CLASSIFLCATION OF THE JORGENSEN
ANNEXATION, AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS MADE A PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. .570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Sectioh 1. The official land-use map of the City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended by
reclassifying certain properties from the present R-1 Zone to the
M-2 Zone, as follows:
That property lying northwesterly of the existing
city boundary on the east roadway of Alameda Street known as
"Jorgensen Annexation."
Seetioh 2. Said classification of M-2 shall apply in a
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part A-1 of the zoning
ma.p of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570,
and which amendatory part is apart hereof.
:Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed
to ce-rtify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the carne
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of .general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First .read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 18th day of November, 1968, and finally
adopted and ordered. published at a regu ar meeting of said Council
