ORDINANCE N0. 850
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Seotion 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying the following described parcels from R-1 o M-l:
Lots 29, 30, 32, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43 and
44, Block 1,.'Iract No. 5418.
Sedtion 2, That said reclassification shall apply in -the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part B-1 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 6th day of August, .1968, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said council held on --the
2Qth day of August, 18.68, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Byork, GreeH Siokos_ Smith, 41P~rPn~
NOES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Nnna_

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said

correct copy of Ordinance No. 850 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
