Monday evening, August 21, 1967 at 8:30 P. M.
Gerald Dykhoff - Chairman pro tem
Gerald Dykhoff, Anne Dorweiler, Everett -Thies and Tom Stevens
present.
The minutes of the meeting of July 17, 1967 read. Moved by Everett Thies that
the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Tom Stevens.
Motion carried.
Frank Schneider appeared with -regard to building permit and also with regard
to the road Dusty Lane which would cross Bill Reiser's proper* to get to his.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the Council consider trying to re ch an agreemitnt
with Mr. Reiser and Mr. Schneider on building the road called Dusty Lane, by
possibly having the Village sharing the cost of building jahe road with both}
parties.
Seconded by Everett Thies.
Motion carried.
Discussed approval of building permit. Moved by Everett Thies that we grant
Mr. Schneider a permit to build on his parcel of land with the stipulation
that the house be set back forty feet from the extension of Dusty Lane and
that the legal description of the property be five acres or more.
Seconded by Tom Stevens.
Motion carried.
Discussed naming and numbering of streets. Moved by Tom Stevens to have
Priscilla Arens contact Bill Mills to come to the next meeting prepared to
talk on naming streets and sample of grid systems.
Seconded by Everett Thies.
Motion carried.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler to appoint Everett Thies as vice-chairman to conduct
the meetings in the absence o the chairman.
Seconded by Tom Stevens.
Motion carried.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Everett Thies.
