ORDINANCE N0. 8115
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTION 8A.01, SUBSECTION 2e
OF ORDINANCE N0. 570 TO PERMIT THE MANUFACTURE
OF DOGHOUSES AND PLAYHOUSES
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 8A.01, subsection 2e i:s hereby
amended as follows:
"e. Manufacture of musical instruments, toys, novelties,
playhouses, doghouses, rubber and metal stamps."
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 21 day of May 1968, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said council held on the
5th day of June 1868 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Byork, Green, Siokos, Stevens.
NOES: Councilmen Smith.
ABSENT
Councilmen None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 8~+5 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
