PLACE: Riverdale City Hall, 110 Manor Drive, Riverdale, Iowa
DATE: August 23, 2022 TIME: 6:30 p.m.
NOTE: A workshop of the City Council was held in -person at the appointed time and day in accordance with
open meeting laws set and defined by the State of Iowa (Sections 21.2 and 21.8).
1. WELCOME
1.1 CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Anthony Heddlesten.
1.2 ROLL CALL - Council Members present: Adams, DCamp, Halsey, Jurgena. Absent: Littrel. Also present:
Deputy Clerk Kelly Krell and other residents and visitors.
1.3 AGENDA APPROVAL - Motion to approve the agenda by Jurgena, seconded by Halsey, to approve the
agenda. All ayes. MC
Adams joined the meeting at 6:34 p.m.
2. DISCUSSION
2.1 Brent Hinson from Hinson Consulting, LLC, presented information on a proposed general management
services agreement.
2.2 Council discussed current staff appointments.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn by Adams, seconded by DCamp. All ayes. MC. The workshop of the City Council was
formally adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
