RESOLUTION NO. 81 -1976
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
OF COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 15
WHEREAS, as provided by law, the duly elected Mayor of the City
of Temple City, namely Louis W. Merritt , is a member of
the Board of Directors of County. Sanitation District No, 15 of Los
Angeles County; and
WHEREAS, another member of the City Council must be appointed
to act as Alternate Director in the absence, refusal or inability
of the said Mayor to so act,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Kenneth G. Gillanders a
member of the City Council of the City of Temple City, is hereby
selected and designated as an alternate member of the Board of
Directors of County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles
County to act in the place of the presiding officer of the City
Council during his absence, inability or refusal to act as a member
of said Board of Directors,
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 21st day of April, 1981, by the following vote of the
Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Dennis, Gillanders, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES:. Councilmen -None
