KELLER PROPERTY Lenny Leuer introduced the first item Paul Robinson said that the proposal that was being talked about is 20,000 square foot lots - bigger than present lots in Medina Morningside - lots will be sewered - Keller is proposing a road coming off Willow and running west Ted Hedtke, 1352 Maplewood Drive, questioned the sewer - understood sewer was loaded to capacity with Medina Morningside - 3-4 houses on the west end are not hooked up - has no objection to the houses Loren Kohnen said that is right - the 3 houses to the west are on septic tanks - lift station will pump the extra houses with no problem - the city will not give extra sewer units - Fred Keller must apply to Orono for the sewer Fred Keller said there are not units of sewer for this property at present - lift station was designed for this property - if this is approved we will not develop until sewer units are available. Ted Hedtke - what other requirements for houses: We don't want any low cost housing in there. Doug Sorensen, 2645 Morningside Rd., talked of split level housing - previous city lawyer pushed it through - low income shacks Loren Kohnen - we put in minimum square footage - if you meet standards of ordinance, you can build - Doug Sorensen - those homes are not split level - they are split foyer Paul Robinson - this will be 20,000 square foot lots - economics will be for better houses.
