ORDINANCE N0. 826
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REESTAB-
LISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES, AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS MADE A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use map of the City of
Lynwood, as est.a.blished by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended
by reclassifying certain propertues from the present R-2 zones
to the CB-1 zone, as follows:
J. J. Bulbs Tract, that part in Athens Lighting
District of lot com S 71° E 821 ft and N 19°
15' E 50.85 ft and S 71° E x+73.02 ft from
most W corner of Lot 2, th S 71° E 112.26
ft with a uniform depth of 411.28 ft N 19°
15' E part of Lot 2.
Section 2. Said classification of CB-1 shall apply in
a manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F-4 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3• The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 7th day of March, 1967, and finally adopted
and ordered published at the regular meeting of said Council held
on the 21st da.y of March, 1957, by the following vote:

Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Siokos, Smith, Stevens.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen: None.

Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said

correct copy of Ordinance No. 826 adopted by the City

on the date and by the vote therein stated.
