ORDINANCE N0. 825
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REESTAB-
LISHING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES, AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING D1AP WHICH IS MADE A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0, 570.
The City Couneil of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use map of the City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended
by reclassifying certain properties from the present zones to the
CB-1 zone, as follows:
a) Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 70, and 71, Tract No. 20680.
b ) Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11,
Traet No. 16747.
c) Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7~ 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,
24, 25, 26, Tract No. 14381.
Section 2. Said classification of CB-1 shall apply in
a manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part D-1 and D-2
of the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said
Ordinance No. 570, and which amendatory part is a. past hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a- newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published,=and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 7th da.y of March, 1967, and finally adopted
and ordered published at the regular meeting of said Council held
on the 21st day of March, 1967, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Gr.eeri, Siokos, Smith, Stevens.
Noes: Councilmen None
Absent: Councilmen: None.

I, the undersiEned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 825 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
