AN ORDINANCE AMEIQDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
KNOWN AS CENTURY BOULEVARD ANNEXATION N0. 2 AND
THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING
MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570..
The City Council of the .City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance ATO. 570 is hereby amended. by
classifying that property known as "Century Boulevard Annexation
No. 2" as follows: For the area included within the boundary sur-
rounded by Century Boulevard on the south, Duncan Avenue on the west,
Elmwood Avenue on the north, and Wright Road on the east, Zone R-3;
for all remaining properties within Century Boulevard Annexation
No. 2 excluding the area mentioned above, Gone R-2 ..
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set f"orth in detail in the amendatory part F-l, 2, and 3, and
G-1, 2, and 3 of the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part
of said Ordinance No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 7th day of February, 1967, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
.21st day of February, 1867 by the follovaing vote:
