ORDINANCE N0. 817
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:

Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of Lynwood
as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by reclassifying
the following described property as CB-l: All properties fronting
on Atlantic Avenue fr°om Fernwood Avenue on the north to Olanda Avenue
on the south for one lot depth, on the east side of Atlantic Avenue;
from Fernwood south to Lavinia on the west side of Atlantic one lot
depth to the center line of the alley west of Atlantic; from Lavinia
south to Carlin Avenue 418.8 feet west of the property line fronting
on Atlantic Avenue; from Carlin Avenue south to Olanda Avenue 241.4
feet west of the property line fronting on Atlantic Avenue.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F3 and F4 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be
published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
city held on the 3rd day of January, 1967, and finally adopted and
ordered published at thezegular meeting of said Council held on the
17th day of January, 1967, by the following vote:

Noes; None.

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of the City of
Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 817 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
