ORDINANCE N0. 805
ADI ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE P10. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN ANIEIQDEll SECTION OF THE
ZOIQING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. The official land--use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance IQo. 570 is hereby amended by
classifying that property known as Atlantic Avenue Annexation
No. 7fi as follovrs:
Lots 32, 33, 3~+, 35, 36 and Lot 52 and Lot 53 of
Tract No. 6728 -- Zone R-l.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail iri the amendatory Part F'-3 of
the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this.ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation printed, published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 2nd day of August, 1866, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held
on the 16th day of August, 1966, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Byork, Duncan Sioko Srnith Stwen~.

ABSENT: Councilmen

Lynwood, and ex-officio clerk of the Council of said
city, do hereby certify that the above is a true and
correct copy of Ordinance No. 805 adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
