AN ORDINANCE ANIENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE PUR-
POSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND
THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF ^1 HE ZONING MAP
WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood, as established by Ordinance No. 570, is hereby amended to
reclassify that property known as Lot 15, Tract No. 4836, from
Zone R-3 to Zone C-3.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part A-1 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570, and which amendatory part: is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at the regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the lgth day of April, 1966, and finally adopted
and ordered published at the regular meeting of said Council held
on the 3rd day of May, 1866, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Byork, Duncan iok~s, Sm;th,
Stevens.
NOES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen None.

correct copy of Ordinance No. 79g adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood, and that same was passed
on the date and by the vote therein stated.
