WHEREAS, The City of Moab adopts the 1996/1997 Fiscal Year
Budgets as follows:

9. CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
10. ENTERPRISE FUND (WATER)
11. ENTERPRISE FUND (SEWER)
12. YOUTH CITY COUNCIL FUND

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held June 11, 1996 be, and the same are, hereby
ordered to show the adoption of the proposed budgets for the fiscal'
year 1996/1997, as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of Moab City this llth day of June , A.D.,
